BBQ Sauce Mixture and Beef Paul James’s

1-1/2 cups ketchup
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Pour over meat and slow cook for 8-10 hours in crock pot. Remove meat and shred, evenly distributing in sauce and replace back in pot to serve.
