Filling Mushroom

mushrooms
onion
garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt
coarsely ground black pepper

1. Prepare Mushroom Filling: In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse mushrooms, onion, and garlic, one-third at a time, until finely chopped.

Fill calzone, turkey breast, or whatever.
