BABKA FILLINGS (SEE BABKA FILLING WITH BAKING INSTRUCTION)

Chocolate Babka Filling :
Orange Zest Walnut Raisin
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup brown sugar or honey
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1/4 cup melted margarine or EVO oil
1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
½ cup golden raisins

Cheese Babka Filling :
¼ cup melted margarine
8 oz. farmer cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 large egg yolk
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1/4 cup raisins



Crumb Topping
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 pinches ground cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts
