Bun Cinnamon dough(mini babka)

Make the dough:

3c. Better for Bread flour (or mix with whole wheat or only whole wheat)
3 TBSP brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
10 ounces water
2TBSP applesauce
3 tsp yeast(1 tbsp)

Put liquid ingredients into ABM first followed by flour and then yeast. Set to dough cycle, and allow to finish. Always make sure a ball forms in the initial stage by adding flour, a little at a time, if necessary to the ABM. Use as you would for making cinnamon buns, babka, or doughnuts.
