SALMON TORTILLA CREAMY LASAGNA

Fried Salmon flaked, seasoned with salt and pepper
Cream cheese -- softened or whipped
Ricotta cheese
Mashed Potatoes seasoned
Salsa -- mild or medium
2 tbsp Fresh parsley(Season and garnish)
1 tsp Cilantro--optional
1/4 tsp Ground cumin -- optional
5-6 Flour tortillas -- 8 inch

Best done in a round 9” round glass baking casserole dish.
Layer, bake. Cook on high in microwave to finish, until tortillas soften.
