Condensed Milk Sweetened with Splenda

1 cup nonfat dry milk
2/3 cup splenda
1/3 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons softened butter

Combine dry milk, splenda, water and butter in blender until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled and slightly thick.
