Chips Sweet Potato Microwave

2 cups thinly sliced sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons margarine or EVO oil

Place sweet potatoes, in single layer, in microwavable dish. Allow space between.
Sprinkle with water.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Stir in brown sugar and margarine.
Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes at a time until crisp, continue until all batches are completed.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.

*You will need a microwave bacon crisper for this one. Also, a simple vigorous peel, with a good peeler, of the potato should work to give the proper thickness for your chips.

For an alternative spicy kick add:
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
