BURGER VEGGIE MOSHE’S GRILLED (VERSATILE) Substitute any cooked Meat or Fish


Two Prime Grillers from Morningstar Farms lightly zapped in a microwave to be crumbled in a mixing bowl.
Add tsp EVO oil.
Add an egg or equivalent egg beaters.
Add whole wheat matzo meal until moist but firm.
Season to taste with S and P.
Add any fresh seasoning you wish.
Add any fried veggie such as onion as you wish.
Grill ,fry, broil, or turn into meatballs, using your favorite method.


This recipe can be adapted for any cuisine!
You can also substitute cooked chicken, salmon, beef, etc. , for the Grillers.
