North African SPICE RUB

2 tsp dried minced onion
2 tsp dried minced garlic
2 tsp caraway seeds
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine in a spice, or coffee grinder. Process until well blended, then store in a cool area. Spread spice rub on fish, poultry, meat, and vegetables.
