Louisiana Seasoning Rub

4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch dried thyme

Mix all of the ingredients together until well-blended. Store in a cool area. Apply to meat, chicken, fish, and vegetables.
