BBQ Seasoning Rub 3

1 tbsp Chile, ground
2 tsp Paprika, Hungarian
1 tsp Cumin, powder
1 tsp Coriander, ground
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2tsp Mustard, dry,
1/2tsp Pepper, black, ground
1/2tsp Thyme, leaves, dried
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Allspice, ground

Mix all ingredients, and store in a cool area. Rub on meat and refrigerate the night before cooking. Consider halving the chili for a milder rub.
