Fiorentina Seasoning Rub

2 tbsp Fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh sage leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh thyme leaves, chopped
4 tbsp Ground black pepper
4 tbsp Kosher salt


Pat meat dry. In a small bowl combine all spices until well mixed. Coat meat with rub. Brush meat with extra virgin olive oil.
