Harissa

3-1/3tbsp dried chili flakes, soaked in the same amount of hot water
1-2/3tbsp crushed garlic
1-2/3tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsp caraway seed
2 tsp coriander seed
1 tsp cumin seeds, dry roasted then ground
1 tsp kosher salt
6 spearmint leaves, finely chopped

Blend the above ingredients by pulsing in a food processor until a thick paste is formed. Store in a refrigerator.
