Jerk Seasoning

4 tbsp ground allspice
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/4tsp ground black pepper
1 crushed dried scotch bonnet pepper or habanera pepper

Mix or grind all ingredients well. Store in a cool dry place.
