Chicken Seasoning Rub 2

6 tbsp FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
3 tbsp SPIKE SEASONING (see below)
2 tbsp PAPRIKA, ground
1/2tsp ONION POWDER
1/4tsp GARLIC POWDER
1/4tsp PEPPER, ground
1/4tsp GINGER, ground

Mix and store in a cool area. Rub chicken thoroughly, and roast.
