Mustard Seasoning Rub

1/4c Black Pepper, ground
1/4c Paprika, ground
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Dry mustard, ground
2 tsp Cayenne, ground

Mix all ingredients, and store in a cool area. Work 1/2 half mixture into meat 12-24 hours before cooking. Apply remaining rub before cooking or smoking.
