BBQ Seasoning Rub 2

1/8c paprika
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp granulated onion
1 tsp peppercorns
1/2tsp dry mustard
1/2tsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin seed, toasted
1 1/2tbsp coriander seed, toasted
1/8c kosher salt
1/8c brown sugar

Combine all ingredients in a grinder, and store in a cool area. Rub on chicken directly or coat in a plastic storage bag. Make sure chicken is dry before applying.
