Grilled Seafood Spice Rub

1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper, ground
1/2 tsp Ground pepper
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
1/2 tsp Fennel seed, ground

Combine spices in a bowl. Store in a cool area. Sprinkle each fish filet with spice mixture and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours. Grill.
