Blueberry Citrus Sauce

1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
6 tbsp orange juice
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vermouth
2 tsp grated orange peel
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

Add blueberry mixture to skillet, after cooking meat or chicken, and cook until mixture thickens, scraping up any browned bits (about 2 minutes). Spoon blueberry mixture over entree, and serve.
