Jerk Seasoning 2

2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Blend the above ingredients by pulsing in a food processor. Store in a cool place. Rub on chicken, meat, and sprinkle on vegetables, then cook.
