Honey Mustard Sauce

2 1/2tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2tsp red wine vinegar and
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp minced garlic

Combine all ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Use to coat chicken.
