Soy Beef and Onions, creamy
1 pound soy Ground Beef
2 medium Onions, to thin wedges
1 teaspoon bottled, minced Garlic
Small mushroom soup(optional)
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme, crushed
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Hot buttered Noodles or fluffy Rice
Could also be served on big baked Potatoes. In a large skillet, cook meat, onions and garlic, until meat is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain well. In a mixing bowl, stir together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper. Stir into meat mixture. Heat until bubbly.
