Biscuit Dough baking powder biscuits
1 cup flour (plus extra for kneading)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar

In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup margarine, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons raisins and 2 tablespoons walnut or pecan pieces. Spread sugar mixture evenly over dough. Roll dough tightly and slice roll into 9-12 pieces. Place sliced sides down onto cookie sheet or crowded together in a square (8-inch) baking pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and sugar mixture bubbles. Serve warm.
