Swiss soy Steak Baked
4 soy burgers
1/6 c flour
1/8 c EVO oil
¾ ts salt optional
dash of pepper
1 onion thinly sliced
1-2 whole tomatoes diced
1 ½ ts Worcestershire sauce
Pound flour into both sides of burgers. Heat oil in skillet; brown burgers on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Place in Pyrex dish; cover with onion slices. In the same
skillet, heat tomatoes, loosening brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over burgers, cover with lid or foil and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes , till hot. Serve over rice, buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.
