Calzones Baja
EVO oil
1 lb soy sausage
1/2 lb crumbled soy beef
1 can refried beans
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Sesame Oil
1 cup guacamole
Calzone bread machine dough anything style(see recipe)

Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add oil, crumble soy sausage and beef into skillet. Cook, add beans, cumin, and garlic powder; heat through and set aside. Roll one portion, roughly 1/6 th of ABM dough on lightly floured surface to 7-9-inch semi-circle. . Repeat with remaining dough as to the number of calzones you will need. Spread approximately 1/2 c meat mix on 1/2 of each dough circle to within ½ inch from edge. Layer each calzone with 2 T crushed tomatoes, sprinkle some cheddar. Fold over to enclose filling, pressing edges firmly together, until closing corners. Brush with Oriental Sesame Oil and/or egg wash, and sprinkle with Sesame seeds. Bake at 425F for approximately 25 minutes until brown. Serve with guacamole.
