Lemon Olive Oil Sauce

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2tsp chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 cloves garlic, minced
Dash ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.

Yield: 1/4 cup (serving size: 2 teaspoons)
