Caramelized Apples

4 Granny Smith apples, each peeled and cut into 16 wedges
1/4c lemon juice
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2tsp ground cinnamon


Toss apples and lemon juice in large bowl. Add sugar, and cinnamon to apples, and toss. Bake apples until very tender and golden, about 1 hour.
