Bruschetta Pomodoro

2 c minced plum tomato (about 3/4 pound)
1 1/2tsp capers
2 tbsp chopped olives
1 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp EVO oil
1/4tsp Red Wine vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4tsp kosher salt
1/8tsp ground pepper
10 (1/2-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette, toasted

Combine all the ingredients except French bread. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Drain the tomato mixture. Top each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of tomato mixture.
