Passover Brownies
1 cup oil
4 x eggs
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup potato starch
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 bag (2 cups) chocolate chips
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 9" baking pan. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
* Makes 16 brownies.
