Chocolate Frosting
1 c Cocoa Powder
3 c Powdered Sugar
1/3c Water or Soy Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix Cocoa Powder and Powdered Sugar thoroughly, then add next ingredients until desired consistency is reached. Add more Powdered Sugar for thickness, and more Water or Soy Milk for smoothness.
