Pineapple Sweet-and-Sour Dipping Sauce
1 cup Pineapple, mashed
3 tbsp dark brown sugar
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp EVO oil
1 tsp hot sauce
Combine all ingredients; stir well, and chill.
